INTRODUCTION

These Terms & Conditions govern the terms of sales of goods, products, services, and bookings from Jennifer Kay Petricca (“we” or “us” or “our”) via our page Jennifer Petricca's Adathyme (the “Site”) to visitors of the Site (“you” or “your”). Please read this Terms & Conditions carefully. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the Site.

TERMS

All purchases are contracts between us and you on the terms of these Terms & Conditions.

We are solely responsible for determining the pricing applicable to our/your transactions and the content to which you may be given access.

All payments are exclusive of VAT/GST or any other local Taxes.

You authorize us and our subsidiary companies to supply your payment card details to a third-party payment provider for the purpose of processing your payment. Your payment card provider may charge you currency conversion fees. We do not have control over currency exchange rates or charges imposed by your payment card provider or bank and we and our subsidiary companies will not be responsible for paying any charges or fees imposed by your payment card provider or bank.

The payment provider will take immediate payments from your payment card for transactions. You authorize and consent to each of these payments being debited using your supplied payment card details.

You agree that you will not make unjustified requests for a refund in respect of any transaction, or unjustified chargeback requests of your payment card provider in relation to any transaction.

Without prejudice to any applicable statutory rights, we grant you the right to cancel the purchase with which you are unsatisfied, and obtain a refund, within 14 days from the day of payment. We shall refund the price of the Product purchased using the same payment method as the original transaction. In order to make use of this right, you must send an unambiguous notice to us. While a motivation is not required, you are kindly asked to specify the reason why you are claiming the money-back-guarantee. Upon receipt of such notice, we will verify that all conditions applicable to the money-back-guarantee are fulfilled and, if so, refund the purchase price. In this case, you will no longer have access to the purchased service.
